Last night Jim James played Johnny Brenda’s in Fishtown to support his debut full-lenght album, Regions of Light and Sound of God. The joint was packed to the hilt upstairs and down, as James serenaded his audience with the mellifluous mix of retro, rock, electronic, and lounge sounds that comprise the new album. It was a solid show, if a little sweaty. Here are a few shots:
