PSPCA Long-Timers

The PSPCA shelter on Erie Avenue has several dogs that are their “Long-Timers” — dogs who have had a very long stay at the shelter without being adopted. Or, in some cases the dogs were adopted and somehow found their way back to the shelter. They are sweet dogs who need good permanent homes.
