Be Well Philly Health Hero Challenge

1 Min Read

Last night Philadelphia magazine and Be Well Philly held a party to celebrate the Health Hero Challenge and announce the winner. The party, originally scheduled for November 7, was rescheduled due to the nor’easter that passed through Philadelphia the day after election day. Philadelphia magazine/Be Well Philly hired me to produce this video about the Health Hero Challenge, which includes interviews with Be Well Philly editor Emily Leaman, United HealthCare CEO Sue Schick, and Philadelphia magazine publisher Marian Conicella. It also includes interview footage with the four finalists: Chris Marino of Marino’s Body Shop, Heather McDanel of Students Run Philly Style, Stephen Brown of Team in Training, and Beth DuPree of Holy Redeemer and the Healing Consciousness Foundation. After introducing many of the sixteen semi-finalists from the contest, the video was displayed on two large screens, and the winner was announced. Congratulations to all the finalists and semifinalists, and thank you for all you do to make the people of Philadelphia healthier. Also, special congrats to Beth DuPree, the winner of the Health Hero Challenge. The event was held at Davio’s on 17th Street.
